YBhg. Datin Norasidah Binti Ishak, is a distinguished professional with a solid foundation in Islamic banking and financial services, complemented by extensive managerial experience across various sectors.
She has undergone multiple specialized training programs that have enhanced her skills in both the financial and client service sectors. Her hands-on experience has equipped her with strategic thinking and operational insight to support corporate governance and business development at Pro X Protection Sdn Bhd.
Datin Norasidah brings a client-focused approach, exceptional organizational capabilities, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As the Executive Chairman, she contributes significantly to the company’s strategic growth, particularly in administrative planning, financial oversight, and customer experience management.

Executive Director
Mr. Andrew Sia Tiong Seng, is a dynamic and highly accomplished security professional, known for his exceptional leadership, tactical training expertise, and active involvement in national-level security associations. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Coventry University, United Kingdom, Andrew brings an outstanding combination of technical knowledge and practical experience to his role as Executive Director at Pro X Protection Sdn Bhd. He plays a key role in leading the company’s strategic direction, technological integration, and operational efficiency.
Andrew’s active involvement in Malaysia’s national shooting scene and martial arts community reflects his commitment to discipline, precision and public safety. His unique skillset is crucial in shaping the company’s tactical training programs, firearms safety and security operations.

SAC (Rtd) Zulkefly Bin Yahya was a high ranking ex-police officer with the Royal Malaysian Police Force where he served with dedication and upheld an exemplary record throughout his tenure. Known for his strategic thinking, integrity and utmost commitment to public safety, Zulkefly played a key role in numerous critical security operations during his service.
After his compulsory retirement in May 2024, he joined Pro X Protection Sdn Bhd as a Director, bringing invaluable insights and leadership to the organization. His wealth of experience enhances the company’s capabilities in high-level security planning, compliance and operational excellence.
